One of our most popular new courses is SPN3036: Spanish for the Health Professions.This course introduces students to the terminology and vocabulary they will need to engage in health-related fields in a bilingual setting, and it simultaneously provides the necessary cultural and communicative tools they need to be effective in bilingual societies.
For one of their projects, students create a digital guide to some aspect of the course that they will relate to their future professional careers. This allows them to showcase what they have learned, but also apply that knowledge and those skills to a practical, meaningful outcome.
